Go slower, keep it simple, buy less, spend time with others, choose activities that require more one on one time and less busyness, take conversations deeper, love more, feel the energy from the friends you meet. Here are a 5 suggestions to help spice up this season:
“Rest time is not waste time. It is economy to gather fresh strength… It is wisdom to take occasional furlough. In the long run, we shall do more by sometimes doing less.”
“The greatest healing therapy is friendship and love.” Hubert H. Humphrey

Rest and Reflect This Holiday Season!
Good advice. I get to spend part of this holiday time walking one of my daughters down the aisle as she gets married. Having family getting together and having all four of my girls together for possibly the last time in a long time. Feeling so blessed.
